With more than two decades of experience in academia, information systems management, and scholarly research, she has established herself as a respected contributor to the fields of information technology management, educational technology, e-commerce, human-computer interaction, data analytics, and technology adoption.
She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology Management from Colegio de San Juan de Letran–Calamba, where her dissertation focused on the maturity of information technology infrastructure among local colleges and universities and the development of a technology management framework. She also holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from AMA University, a Master in Business Administration from Laguna College of Business and Arts, and degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration.
