Goal 1. Global Scholarly Impact

To cultivate a reputation as a premier open-access platform that disseminates high-impact, peer-reviewed research, increasing global visibility and citation potential for our contributors.

Goal 2. Rigorous Editorial Stewardship

To uphold the highest standards of intellectual integrity and transparency by maintaining a stringent, ethically guided, and internationally recognized editorial process.

Goal 3. Socio-Academic Contribution

To serve as a catalyst for national development and academic progress by bridging the gap between sophisticated theoretical inquiry and the practical, contextualized needs of Philippine and international communities.

Objectives

Editorial Integrity & Standardization

By the end of 2026, achieve full compliance with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines, ensuring 100% of published articles undergo a transparent, double-blind peer review process.

Indexing Expansion

To secure inclusion in at least two additional highly reputable international indexes by the end of 2027, and to successfully apply for and be accepted into the DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) within the next 18 months.

Contextualized Impact

To publish at least 30% of annual content featuring "contextualized research," specifically studies that apply global theoretical frameworks to address local, national, or regional development challenges.

Digital Visibility & Accessibility

To maintain 100% uptime of the journal’s Open Journal System (OJS) platform, ensuring that every article is assigned a unique DOI and is indexed with full metadata to maximize discoverability and reach for all stakeholders.

Diversity of Discourse

To diversify the Editorial Board and reviewer pool to include at least 40% international members by the end of 2027, fostering a truly global exchange of knowledge.
