Prof. Mark Ian C. Abrias, MBA is a faculty member of the College of Business and Accountancy at National University, Philippines, and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) candidate at the National University Graduate School of Business. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from San Beda University, where he consistently received academic distinctions, including being recognized as a Dean's Lister and recipient of the St. Benedict Visionary Award.
His research interests encompass strategic management, sustainability, green human resource management, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, leadership, and organizational development. He has actively strengthened his research competencies through extensive participation in research capability-building programs, including Basic Research Ethics Training, Research Management and Ethics Training Program, PLS-SEM in Research: Sharing the Experience, Mastering the IMRaD Paradigm, Strategic Popularization of Academic Research and Knowledge, Research Writing, Publication Strategies, and Increasing Citations in the Digital Age, the IEEE Authorship and Open Access Symposium, and the National University Research Congress, among numerous local and international research conferences and professional development seminars.
Prof. Abrias has authored several peer-reviewed research publications in reputable international journals covering business, management, sustainability, leadership, and digital transformation.
