Dr. Eusebio Jr. A. Bilar, Dev.EdD is a Filipino educator and senior high school teacher with extensive experience in secondary education and instructional practice under the Department of Education. He currently serves as Senior High School Teacher III at Dalaguete National High School, where he has progressively advanced through various teaching positions, reflecting his dedication to quality education, professional excellence, and continuous career development.
Dr. Bilar earned his Doctor in Development Education (Dev.EdD) from Cebu Technological University – Argao Campus, further strengthening his expertise in educational leadership and development. He also completed his Master of Education at Cebu Technological University and pursued Continuing Professional Education at the same institution. His academic journey began at elementary education at Sacsac Elementary School, followed by his secondary education at Dalaguete National High School and at St. Peter College Seminary, providing him with a strong educational foundation that supports his commitment to lifelong learning and instructional excellence.
Throughout his teaching career, Dr. Bilar has accumulated more than a decade of experience in both junior and senior high school education. His professional growth from Teacher I to Senior High School Teacher III demonstrates his sustained commitment to improving teaching practices, student learning outcomes, and educational quality. His dedication to the teaching profession has been recognized through awards such as Outstanding Teacher under the Performance Management and Evaluation System (PMES) for School Year 2025–2026 and Outstanding Teacher under the Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS).
