Dr. Jamera S. Calbi, EdD, LPT is a Filipino educator, researcher, curriculum developer, and instructional leader with extensive experience in elementary education, educational leadership, and mathematics instruction. She currently serves as an Elementary Teacher at the Yakutat School District in Alaska, USA, following several years of service with the Department of Education in Cebu City, Philippines. Her professional experience reflects a strong commitment to instructional excellence, curriculum innovation, and evidence-based educational practices across both Philippine and international educational settings.

Dr. Calbi earned her Doctor in Education, major in Development Education, and her Master of Arts in Education, major in Administration and Supervision, from Cebu Technological University. She completed her Bachelor of Elementary Education, major in General Education, at the University of the Visayas. Complementing her academic qualifications, she holds multiple professional teaching and leadership certifications in the United States, including certifications in Elementary Education (Alaska), Principal and Early Childhood Education (Illinois), and Level 3-A Instructional Leader (New Mexico), in addition to her Philippine Professional Teacher license. These credentials demonstrate her expertise in instructional leadership, school administration, and international teaching standards.

As an active researcher, Dr. Calbi has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed publications in the fields of educational leadership, school administration, mathematics education, and curriculum implementation. Her research explores topics such as leadership theories, organizational innovativeness, school performance, mathematics achievement, and educational reform, with publications appearing in reputable international journals. She has also contributed to educational resource development through the publication of a Mathematics 4 Workbook and the development of self-learning modules and teaching-learning guides for the Department of Education, supporting the implementation of competency-based education in the Philippines.
