Edward Francis G. Gabor, LPT, MAEd is a Filipino educator, researcher, academic leader, and statistician with expertise in educational management, teacher education, research methodology, and educational assessment. He currently serves as an instructor at Pamantasan ng Cabuyao, where he teaches general education, professional education, and major courses while holding key administrative positions as Program Chair, General Education and NSTP Coordinator. He is also actively involved as a research adviser, statistician, and review panelist for undergraduate research.
Mr. Gabor is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He earned his Master of Arts in Education, major in Administration and Supervision, from the University of Cabuyao, where he received the Best in Thesis Award. He also completed the academic requirements for the Master in Educational Management, major in Educational Leadership and Management, at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and obtained his Bachelor in Elementary Education from Bukidnon State University, where he was recognized with the Leadership and Loyalty Award. His strong academic preparation reflects his commitment to educational leadership, instructional excellence, and research.
As an active researcher, Mr. Gabor has authored several scholarly publications focusing on teacher education, educational assessment, learning strategies, curriculum development, systematic reviews, and program evaluation. His studies have been published in reputable international journals and explore topics such as licensure examination readiness, self-directed learning, social media and reading comprehension, and the feasibility of academic program offerings. His research aims to strengthen educational quality through evidence-based policies, intervention programs, and innovative teaching practices.
Beyond research publication, Mr. Gabor contributes to the academic community as a peer reviewer and editorial board member for several national and international scholarly journals. He serves as a Scientific Committee Member and Peer Reviewer for Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal, a Peer Reviewer for the International Journal of Research on Multidisciplinary Studies (IJROMS), and a member of the review board of the Langkit Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities.
