Dr. Graham Marquez Naz is a development management scholar, social science researcher, and educator whose work focuses on rural development, public policy, socioeconomic issues, governance, and community-based research. Through his commitment to interdisciplinary scholarship, he has contributed to advancing evidence-based solutions that address pressing social, economic, and developmental challenges in the Philippines.

Dr. Naz earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Development Management from Bicol University. He also holds a Master of Arts in Education major in Social Studies from Ateneo de Naga University, a Master of Business Administration from the National College of Business and Arts, and a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Social Sciences from Our Lady of Peñafrancia Seminary. His multidisciplinary academic background enables him to integrate perspectives from development management, education, business, and the social sciences into his research and teaching.

He currently serves as an Assistant Professor IV at Sorsogon State University, where he teaches business and social science courses while mentoring students in research and scholarly writing.
