Dr. Paul Rean Fred D. Quibo-Quibo, PhD, LPT is a Filipino educator, researcher, and academic administrator with extensive experience in higher education, research management, and scholarly publication. He currently serves as the Head of the Research and Creative Works Office of Brokenshire College – Main Campus in Davao City, where he also sits as a member of the institutional Research Ethics Committee. In addition to his administrative responsibilities, he is a faculty member of the Teacher Education and General Education programs and serves as adviser to the institution's official student publication.

Dr. Quibo-Quibo possesses a strong academic foundation in education and language studies. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Education, major in Applied Linguistics, and his Master of Arts in Education major in English from the University of the Immaculate Conception. He completed his Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English, graduating Cum Laude from Kapalong College of Agriculture, Sciences and Technology. He is also a Licensed Professional Teacher and a recipient of the Civil Service Honor Graduate Eligibility.

As a research professional, Dr. Quibo-Quibo has demonstrated active engagement in research leadership, ethics, publication, and scholarly dissemination. He has coordinated international research congresses, chaired institutional research councils, and participated in numerous national and international conferences, ethics trainings, and research capacity-building programs. His expertise extends to research quality assurance through his work as a peer reviewer for international academic journals and his membership in a Research Ethics Committee.

His research portfolio encompasses applied linguistics, educational leadership, organizational development, gender studies, teacher education, theology, and higher education management. He has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed publications in multidisciplinary and international journals, with studies focusing on organizational learning, school culture, transformational leadership, graduate attributes, ICT integration in education, gender-inclusive language, and biblical hermeneutics. His scholarly contributions reflect a commitment to advancing evidence-based educational practices and institutional development through rigorous research.
