Dr. Jaymie A. Rellon, PhD, LPT is a Filipino educator, researcher, academic leader, and graduate school professor with extensive experience in science education, educational leadership, and higher education administration. He currently serves as Program Head of the Graduate School Education Program at Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC), Kidapawan City, where he also teaches in both the undergraduate and graduate programs. He previously served as Dean of the College of Teacher Education from 2022 to 2025, providing leadership in curriculum development, faculty advancement, quality assurance, and research initiatives.

Dr. Rellon earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Education, major in Educational Leadership, from the University of the Immaculate Conception, Davao City, where he graduated Cum Laude. He also completed a Master of Arts in Education, major in Educational Administration, at Central Mindanao Colleges. In 2025, he earned his second master's degree, a Master of Arts in Education, major in Science, also from Central Mindanao Colleges, further strengthening his expertise in science education. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, major in General Science, from Central Mindanao Colleges and is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT).

A dedicated researcher and scholar, Dr. Rellon has made significant contributions to educational leadership, teacher well-being, science education, and interdisciplinary research. His doctoral dissertation, which examined the psychological well-being of teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic using positivist and constructivist perspectives, reflects his commitment to addressing contemporary educational challenges through evidence-based research. He has published numerous scholarly articles in reputable national and international journals indexed in Google Scholar and Scopus and actively contributes to the academic community as a peer reviewer and editorial board member for multidisciplinary and education journals.

Beyond publication, Dr. Rellon has consistently participated in local, national, and international conferences, research forums, and professional development programs as an oral presenter, panel reactor, delegate, and resource speaker. He has served as a thesis adviser and panel member for undergraduate and graduate research, mentoring students in education, science, criminology, and business programs while promoting research excellence and scholarly integrity.

Dr. Rellon is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE), the Philippine Association of Institutions for Research (PAIR), the Association of Scholarly Editors (SSE), the Educators Research and Innovation Organization (ERIO), the Global Researchers Association and Convergence for Excellence (GRACE), and the Biology Teachers Association of the Philippines.
