Roland Estil Sison, LPT is a Filipino educator, researcher, and higher education professional specializing in early childhood education, inclusive education, and curriculum and instruction. He currently serves as Instructor I at Pangasinan State University – Bayambang Campus, following his academic and administrative roles at Urdaneta City University, where he served as Instructor II, Executive Assistant, and part-time faculty member. His professional experience also includes teaching in both basic and higher education institutions, reflecting his commitment to learner-centered instruction and educational development.
Mr. Sison is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education, major in Educational Management, at the Pangasinan State University Open University Systems, where he is in the dissertation writing stage. He earned his Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Urdaneta City University and completed his Bachelor of Elementary Education, major in Enhanced General Education, at Pangasinan State University, where he was recognized as the Most Outstanding Student Teacher. His strong academic foundation has equipped him with expertise in educational leadership, curriculum development, inclusive education, and early childhood learning.
As an emerging researcher, Mr. Sison actively pursues research and scholarly development in the fields of early childhood education, inclusive education, curriculum and instruction, and educational management. He continually enhances his research competencies by participating in specialized training programs on qualitative research methodologies, academic writing, artificial intelligence applications in qualitative data analysis, research publication, and scholarly dissemination. These professional development activities reflect his commitment to producing high-quality, evidence-based educational research.
In addition to his teaching and research activities, Mr. Sison has contributed to higher education through academic administration and institutional support.
