Jesson L. Vitamor, LPT, MAEd, Dev.EdD (CAR) is a Filipino educator, researcher, and research coordinator with expertise in educational leadership, curriculum and instruction, educational management, and research methodology. He currently serves as Instructor I and Research Coordinator at Western Mindanao State University–Diplahan Campus, where he teaches undergraduate education courses while leading institutional research initiatives, mentoring faculty and students, and supporting curriculum implementation and academic quality assurance. His professional experience reflects a strong commitment to fostering a culture of research, scholarly publication, and evidence-based educational practice.

Mr. Vitamor is currently pursuing the Doctor of Development Education at Cebu Technological University. He earned his Master of Arts in Education, major in Educational Management, from Southern Mindanao Colleges and completed his Bachelor of Elementary Education, major in General Education, at Western Mindanao State University. He is a Licensed Professional Teacher whose academic preparation has equipped him with competencies in educational leadership, development education, instructional improvement, and institutional research.

As an active researcher, Mr. Vitamor specializes in educational leadership, teacher professional development, educational policy and governance, curriculum and instruction, educational assessment, development education, and quantitative research methodologies. He possesses extensive experience in quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, and action research and demonstrates strong competencies in statistical analysis, literature review, research proposal development, manuscript preparation, and scholarly publication. His research interests are directed toward improving educational quality through data-driven decision-making and evidence-based interventions.

Beyond conducting research, Mr. Vitamor contributes to the scholarly community as a Peer Reviewer for the International Journal of Research on Multidisciplinary Studies (IJROMS), where he evaluates manuscripts in the areas of development education, educational management, curriculum and instruction, and general education using a rigorous double-blind peer review process. He also serves as a research adviser, research panel member, academic mentor, and extension program implementer, supporting faculty and student researchers in the development of high-quality scholarly work.

Committed to continuous professional growth, Mr. Vitamor regularly participates in advanced training programs on research publication, statistical analysis using Jamovi and SPSS, literature review, digital instructional materials, and higher education development. Through his dedication to teaching, research, academic leadership, and scholarly service, he continues to contribute to the advancement of educational research, institutional quality assurance, and research excellence in Philippine higher education.
